Booking & Reservations

 We look forward to serving your rental needs. The items you request are reserved upon receipt of a e-signed rental contract and a 50% deposit. The balance is due prior to delivery as indicated on the invoice we will provide. 

 We accept all major credit cards only. In certain cases having a credit card on file is required. 

Setup and Take-down

When using Belvedere Decor Rentals because we will deliver satisfaction. We provide set up and takedown service for your event for an additional cost. 

During our planning process, we will work with you to arrange all details prior to the event so you have one less worry on the day of your event. 


 Delivery fees are subject to change if the original contract is changed. Belvedere Decor Rentals makes adjustments to the price based on the size of the order, fuel costs, attendants needed to do the tasks, and the delivery workers needed.

 These prices are listed to give you an idea of the average cost of a delivery to your area. Large or heavy orders with tables or chairs may incur a $40-$60 additional cost increase for additional man hours.
